Student Learning Objectives

For this RWLO, the student will be able to:

• Use proportional strategies to estimate the circumference of the Earth using Eratosthenes’ calculations and method.
   
• Measure angles using a ruler and protractor and demonstrate the relationship between the sun angle and the central angle of two locations.
