Purpose
Today's workshop will examine Internet projects
that incorporate unique and compelling resources in the areas of Social Studies. Participants will first examine a number of unique
online resources that can be incorporated into a Social
Studies Lesson. They will then explore several high quality interdisciplinary
projects. Finally, participants will participate in a session which will
model how an Internet based project can be implemented in the classroom.
