Great question! Can you tell us a little about what the water was like? For example, could you see fish, plants, or other aquatic organisms in the water? Were there a lot of fish or a lot of plants? How about algae? Did the water appear to be polluted? Did you notice any smell or funny color?
I think you are from Fremont Intermediate School - is that correct? Sometimes knowing what your other data and observations are like can help to answer questions like this.
