Dear West Hills High,

Our class is from Lincoln West High School in Cleveland, OH. We have chosen your letter to reply to today. How is it in San Diego, like what is the temperature
like there? It is starting to get cold here in Cleveland. Today it dropped to about 45 degrees. So our concern about getting to the creek to take our samples is
growing, for fear that the temperature will affect our results.

We think that your letter was interesting because of the way your classes are conducting your sampling project. Some main points of our interest were the two
different procedures of carrying your project out and the way you're dividing your classes into two groups. We are making two trips to take samples, about 45
students, 3 students per group. We will make one trip in the fall, next Wednesday and one in the spring.

Our school day is drawing to a close now. Thank you for posting your letter and we wish you luck in your projects.

From Lincoln West,

10-11 period students
