Beers Street Middle School has approximately 358 students in grades 6 through 8. We are in eighth grade Earth Science. We are thirty students who love science and enjoy doing many hands-on labs.

We are located in Hazlet, New Jersey a suburb which is not far from the water. We are approximately 5 minutes from the bay area and have a population of about 28,000. Our latitude and longitude is 40n25, 74w12. It is comprised mostly of hard-working middle class people.

We have many after school activities that include sports for boys and girls, yearbook, OM, newspaper, student council, and natural helpers. We are interested in taking water samples from a small lake in a park nearby. We are also interested in corresponding with any classes about this or any other project.
