We are a small school with 80 students in grades K-4. Our latitude is 40N and longitude os 81W. We located Weirton, West Virginia which is a Steel town. We our 3 miles from Ohio and Pennsylvania. Pittsburg, Pa. is close to us.
We love our small school. We have computers, go on field trips, have a lot of speakers and now we are planting tulip bulbs. We have just finished an acid rain project called Project Swoope on the internet. Third and fourth grade gifted students will be participating in this project.
Some things we like to do are playing the piano, playing soccer, art, swimming in the summer, playing tennis, building forts, playing outside, American Girl dolls, and playing on the computer.
Our fourth grade teacher's name is Mrs. Vogler and she is also out principal. Mrs. Rodgers is our third grade teacher and Mrs. Andreozzi is the gifted teacher.
