Final Report: December, 2002

Polaris Career Center, Cleveland, OH, USA

Greetings all,

We downloaded the spreadsheet with everyone’s data. We sorted the data by Latitude and found that the southern most latitudes in Australia had the warmest temperatures and the most minutes of daylight. The northern most latitude in Alaska had the coldest temperatures and the least minutes of daylight. It appears that at this time of year in the northern hemisphere, with the increase in latitude, there is a decrease in minutes of daylight and temperature.

Thanks for the opportunity to participate.
