We are children of about twelve years old and we attend the first year of scuola media Colombo in Milan.
Milan is the heart of economy in Lombardia and Italy. It is an industrial town linked to Europe for finance and economy. It is a town rich in monuments as Castello Sforzesco, Duomo, l'arco della Pace, Palazzo reale. The city is in Pianura Padana at about 50 km from the Alps. The weather is continental, hot and wet in summer and cold and foggy in winter.
It is at 45° 26' degree north of the Equator and 9° 15' longitude east.

Regards
The Students of 1A

To the Grade ones of Milano Italy,

Your weather introduction is very good for Grade ones because the grades that are doing the project are grades 3 and 4. I am from 3/4r Anderson’s Creek Primary school. I am a grade 4 in the composite. We have 19 classes in the whole school. We live in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Our season is autumn now and the sun is rising later and setting earlier.

I just wanted to say hello I am a female girl at 13 years old i read about your school and it sounds very intersting so I am going to tell you a little about my school its relly big for a junior high in Cleveland. We have really pretty hallways which were freshly painted. I really like the border we have because its Dolphins and I really like dolphins. At our school there are enough lockers for everyone and I say that because some schools do not.We also have a wonderful cleaning staff. There is one thing that I do not like about our school and that is the fact that our bathrooms are really messed up so It's not like this place is a casttle or anything.

bye,
Nicole

Hi:
We are a class of 13- and 14-year-olds and this is the first year since we moved to a new building. In our school the seventh graders share the school with the eighth and ninth graders so we needed a new school.

Here in Livingston, summer is almost here and everyone can't wait now that the sun is rising earlier and setting later.

In the summer it is hot and dry and in the winter it is cold and wet and foggy. But it never snows.

I enjoyed reading your letter. You can find out more about us in our introductory letter.

Kelli
