I attend Southern High School Magnet Career Academy. It is located in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. This school was built in 1951. The coordinates for our school is N380 07.583’ and W350 40.833’. It is the third largest school in the district and can accommodate 1700 students. From the outside, our school is not that appealing, some say it looks like a prison. The school is constructed from concrete and brick. Inside, the school is very clean with many modern conveniences, including 8 computer labs. Since Southern is a high school, the parking lot is very crowded, not even large enough to hold all the students who drive to school. Our baseball, track, football, and soccer fields are very nice and always well maintained. We have two gyms, the largest with a 2500person capacity. We also have an outdoor swimming pool and 4 tennis courts. The building is usually comfortable and the climate is controlled with central heating and air conditioning. All things considered, Southern High School Magnet Career Academy is nice place to go to school.
