Nayatt School

Dear Global Friends,

We are students in a multi-age classroom at Nayatt School in Barrington, Rhode Island. Our longitude is 71 degrees, 24 minutes W and our latitude is 41 degrees, 49 minutes N. We have 6 girls and 15 boys in our class. We just finished a science kit on weather. We are studying children around the world. The first place we're studying is Britain.

We live in the Ocean State and we have alot of beaches. Our capital is Providence. We are the smallest state in the United States. Tools and jewelry are manufactured in Rhode Island. The Newport Mansions are a famous place to visit. We have the first water-powered mill called Slater Mill. We were the 13th state to join the union and were founded by Roger Williams.

It is late Fall, and our average daily temperature this week is about 35 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Codega's MAC-Blue Students
