There was an insect that we couldn't identify. It was gray, fuzzy and less than 1 cm long. We found it on a tree trunk. We found several ants. Some were red, smaller than 1 cm, and crawling on our papers. Some ants were black, about 1 cm long and crawling on a tree. Some ants were brown and crawling really fast. Some ants were a blue-gray, were less than a cm long, and were crawling on the pavement. We found a caterpillar that was less than 4 inches long. There was a black spider crawling on the pavement. It was about 1 cm long and had 8 legs. There was a 1-inch long red spider with 8 legs. There was also a daddy long-legs that was about 1 inch long crawling on a leaf next to a tree. We found a worm under the grass. It was tan or white and about 4 inches long. There was a grub that was gray and about 1 inch long. It was underground. There was another insect. We think it was a beetle, but we don't know the name of it. It was less than 1 cm. long. It was black and red and crawling on the ground.

We have sycamore trees. One is a new tree. We have grass, but we don't know the variety. We had dandelions.

There was dirt. The dirt was brown and crumbly. The mud was brown and stuck together. The mud was under mulch. There were small stones in the dirt. There was some trash, like paper wrappers and a small piece of metal.
