Obviously, not having Internet access in your school will present some major challenges. You can still implement most of the project in your classroom provided you can get access to the Internet from home or another outside location. You should note that most public libraries have free Internet access. Assuming that you can get some access to the Internet here are some suggestions on how to implement the project:

1. Print out data onto transparencies - You can purchase special transparencies that will work in all major types of printers. The day before you need the data you can print transparencies and then use an overhead projector to share the information with your students. If you have access to a color printer you can print transparencies in color.
2. Save Data to Disk - If you have a computer in your classroom but it does not have Internet access you can still use it to display data. Using software such as Web Whacker or Web Buddy you can save entire web sites from your "Internet computer" and then display them on your classroom computer. This software has limitations so you should test it out before using with your students.
3. Distribute data as hard copies - You can always print web sites to paper and give students hard copies.
