Download the Checked Database to a ClarisWorks or Excel Spreadsheet

• ClarisWorks Spreadsheet version 4.0 or higher OR Excel Spreadsheet version 3.0 or higher
• Stuffit Expander (may come with your computer or web browser, see below)
• Web Browser (either Netscape or Internet Explorer)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING:

1. Print this page by clicking on the print button at the top of your web browser or by using the print option under your file menu. This will allow you to read the directions after you have moved off this web page.
2. In order to download this file you will need to have Stuffit Expander installed on your computer. The newer versions of Netscape Navigator come with Stuffit Expander so you may already have this program. If you don't know if you have it, use the "Find File" option under your Apple icon in the upper left hand corner of your screen to search your hard disk for "Stuffit Expander."  If it is not on your hard disk then you will first need to download Stuffit Expander and install it on your hard disk. Click here to find a place to download Stuffit Expander (read the directions on this site very carefully.)
3. Once you are sure that you have Stuffit Expander you can click on one of the links below to download the appropriate file.
4. Depending on how your computer is configured, the files may automatically download to your desktop or a specified folder or you may be prompted with a "Save As" window in which you will have to select the folder where the file will be saved. Please note where you save the file.
5. The file name for the Claris Works version is S03genclaris. Once you locate the file, you can open it in ClarisWorks or AppleWorks to view the project data.
6. The file name for the Excel version is S03genexcel. Once you locate the file, you can open it in Excel to view the project data.
7. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the project leader who can email you a copy of the spreadsheet that you need. Please be sure to specify which version you would like.
