Letter of Introduction from Lincoln-West high school,Cleveland,OH,USA

Hello my name is Jezrael Flecha. The school I attend is Lincoln-West high school. It was built in 1971 and is located on the west side of Cleveland,Ohio. Lincoln-West is composed of approximately 1200 students grades 9-12. Our inner city school is unique in that we have 16 different languages spoken here. Lincoln-West offers international studies, a magic program (lowers the dropout rate for freshmen)and a bilingual program (aids our ESL students in learning the English language).

Our biology classes are an hour and 20 minutes long. There are approximately 50 students in both classes and we have grades 9-12 in the class. We just completed a chapter on genetics and we finally got a computer in our class. Our teacher thought this collaborative project on the worldwide search for the dominant trait would be an outstanding educational experience. We can finally incorporate technology and science. We are looking forward to collecting and analyzing all the data. Thank you for this opportunity.
