Just a heads-up to let you know that we will be doing some work on our server starting on April 29, 2000.
This means that the April 28 due date for data submission is FIXED.
Should you have any difficulty accessing the main site, try using the mirror site at:

All data will be ready for downloading on May 2, 2000.
