We are the 7th grade at the Latin School of Chicago. Latin is a private school in the Gold Coast area, north of downtown. There are 72 students in our grade, and, as an introduction to genetics, we are participating in your study. Our teacher, Ms. Manning, is helping us with this project.
After just recently finishing our study of the human body, we will have a head start on our study of genetics. We are anxious to learn what causes all of this variation. We intend to share our results with our k-12, co-ed group of students, and with our teachers.
