Dear Human Genetics Participants:

Greetings everyone! We attend school at Public School No. 12, Paterson, New Jersey in the United States of America. Our coordination on the map is latitude and longitude is 40.92 N / 74.18W. Approximately 700 students are attending School 12. All of our students are striving to reach their goals.

School No.12 has excellent teachers. Teachers at School No. 12 take education a step further; they explain everything even more; and will not stop until it is mastered. This is what makes education fun. Some of our 7th and 8th grade teachers have classes that are on certain levels (advanced, intermediate, and regular). This makes the student suitable with their neighbors. No matter what group they are in, they still learn the same thing but at different paces.

Here at School No. 12 we have many programs for talented students. On Friday afternoons 6-8 grade students are in their clubs. We created clubs to let students go forward with their talents. Such as, art, chess, and wooodworking. Our school have athletic boys and girls. We have a boy's and girl's basketball team, a boy's baseball team, and working on a girls baseball team. Our main purpose for this is to create team work.

Our school is located in a city, which has a very long history. Paterson, a city in New Jersey, was founded in 1791. It was used for industrial settlement of useful machines. Alexander Hamilton and others promoted independent American Enterprise.

Sincerely submitted by Grade 7 Public School No. 12, Paterson, New Jersey, U.S.A.
