Project Instructions
  1. Read the Project Overview: Take a Dip: Water in our Lives is FREE to all participants.. If you are not able to participate during this run, see dates for next run. In particular, this project taps into some of the exciting applications... (more..).
     
  2. JOIN the Project: Once you have decided to participate, please register if you have not done so already.
  3. Complete the REQUIRED Core Activities (See below)
    Please consult the table below for important dates. If you have any questions about these activities, please contact the project leader.
    NOTE: Optional supplementary and extension classroom activities can be located in the Teacher Guide under Lesson Plans.

1. Develop a Hypothesis *
Present the project background.
April 14
2. Introduce your Class *
Each school will write a Letter of Introduction and submit it to the Discussion Area.
3. Complete the Water Sampling Tests *
All participants complete the required tests.
April 30
4. Analyze the Results *
Analyze and submit your data to Project Data.
May 7
5. Draw your Conclusions
 Compare the verified data, write a Final Report proving or disproving your original hypothesis, and submit it to the Discussion Area.
