Here is our hypothesis:
Our classes think we not find the same organisms
as other schools because of our geographical differences.
Here is our summary of findings:
We examined water
from a pond from a reservation in our town. We found plenty of life including
macro-invertebrates and aquatic plants that many of them were hiding in. We
found tiny water spiders, small fish, and snails of a variety of sizes and
types. We also found many water fleas (daphnia) and aquatic worms. The
macro-invertebrate we were most excited to find was the damselfly nymph
because we found out that that means our water is not very polluted.
